The best galette de roi in #Rouen, i’ve been back to this patisserie every beginning of the year, only to get this galette. •
The best shawarma in town @hallesagrivin #Rouen from Mazats, traiteur libanais. •
Fish broth and seafood hotpot. Ingredients: dorade/ sea bass, clams, enoki mushrooms, chicken leg, fish balls, garlic 🧄, shallots, ginger, star anise, cardamom pods, lime leaves, fried tofu, frozen fish balls. Method: put garlic, ginger, shallots, star anise, cardamom pods, lime leaves, and vegetable oil in medium heat casserole. Add the chicken bone/leg, fish, clams and fish balls, and 5 glass of water, shimmered until half boiled, add the mushrooms and fried tofu. Shimmered again until everything is cooked. Serve with green onion, chili oil / chili powder and vegetable pickles. •
Long overdue to post this cute bar at La Place de Vieux Marché in #Rouen. They are not only serving very good cocktails but also some delicious tapas. •
Can’t get enough of this crispy duck and grilled duck from @bebektepisawah . Not only the food are acceptable to our sensitive european tummy.. but also the restaurant offer stunning scenery in the middle of rice 🌾 fields. •
Banana 🍌 bowl for breakfast from @visionvillaresort in #Gianyar . Though the breakfast package is not as much as other resorts do.. but their foods are really fresh and delicious. •
