Ingredients: dorade/ sea bass, clams, enoki mushrooms, chicken leg, fish balls, garlic 🧄, shallots, ginger, star anise, cardamom pods, lime leaves, fried tofu, frozen fish balls. Method: put garlic, ginger, shallots, star anise, cardamom pods, lime leaves, and vegetable oil in medium heat casserole. Add the chicken bone/leg, fish, clams and fish balls, and 5 glass of water, shimmered until half boiled, add the mushrooms and fried tofu. Shimmered again until everything is cooked. Serve with green onion, chili oil / chili powder and vegetable pickles. •
